The Registrant was created on November 14, 1985, under the laws of the Province
of British Columbia, Canada by the statutory amalgamation of Cyrano Resources
Inc. and Cornucopia Resources Ltd., two British Columbia mining exploration and
development companies that were incorporated in 1980 and 1982, respectively. The
amalgamated company was called "Cornucopia Resources Ltd." ("Cornucopia"). Until
its reorganization in July 1999, the Company was historically involved in the
exploration, development and mining of precious metal deposits.
e-Commerce Operations
Commencing in 1999 the Registrant was engaged in the field of e-commerce,
providing Internet financial information management and database management,
through its 100% ownership of Stockscape Canada, which maintained an established
web-based investment portal offering integrated financial content and analytical
tools at www.stockscape.com.
