Kent Financial Services, Inc.’s (“Kent” or the “Company”) business is comprised
of the management of Kent International Holdings, Inc. (“Kent International”)
and Kent Educational Services, Inc. (“Kent Educational”). Kent was formed in
1988 as a Delaware corporation and reincorporated in Nevada in 2006 by a merger
into a newly formed, wholly owned Nevada subsidiary with the same name that was
the surviving corporation of the merger.
