The Corporation is a mineral exploration and development company which is
currently engaged in the exploration for and development of gold and silver
deposits in the State of Chihuahua, Mexico. The Corporation’s mineral interests
in the State of Chihuahua, Mexico are comprised of a total of 44 mining
concessions encompassing approximately 3,500 hectares located in the
Municipality of Ocampo (herein referred to herein as the “Ocampo Project”). The
Corporation has a total of 96 employees and contract workers. The Corporation’s
immediate objective is to complete a feasibility study for the Ocampo Project by
