ACI Worldwide, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and our subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "ACI", "ACI Worldwide", the "Company," "we," "us" or "our") develop, market, install and support a broad line of software products and services primarily focused on facilitating electronic payments.
