Ocean Shore Holding Co. (“Ocean Shore Holding” or the “Company”) is a federally
chartered savings and loan holding company established in 1998 to be the holding
company for Ocean City Home Bank. Ocean Shore Holding’s business activity is the
ownership of the outstanding capital stock of Ocean City Home Bank.
Ocean City Home Bank is a federally chartered savings bank. We operate as a
community-oriented financial institution offering a wide range of financial
services to consumers and businesses in our market area. We attract deposits
from the general public, small businesses and municipalities and use those funds
to originate a variety of consumer and commercial loans, which we hold primarily
for investment.
OC Financial MHC is our federally chartered mutual holding company parent. As a
mutual holding company, OC Financial MHC is a non-stock company that has as its
members the depositors of Ocean City Home Bank.
