refers to Atlantic Capital Advisors LLC.
Our Company
We are an externally-managed mortgage REIT that invests primarily in
adjustable-rate and hybrid adjustable-rate single-family residential mortgage
pass-through securities guaranteed or issued by a U.S. Government agency (such
as the Government National Mortgage Association (“Ginnie Mae”)), or by a U.S.
Government-sponsored entity (such as the Federal National Mortgage Association,
(“Fannie Mae”)), and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, (“Freddie
Mac”)). We refer to these securities as “agency securities.” We were
incorporated in Maryland in September 2007 and commenced operations in November
2007. We listed our common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) in
April 2008 and trade under the symbol “HTS”.
