We are a national distributor of brand name electronic components and supplier of original designed and manufactured (ODM) electronic components ("ODM Components"), with our product offerings ranging from discrete semiconductors through small electronic devices. Prior to 2003, we were primarily focused on the distribution of transistors, diodes and other discrete semiconductors, optoelectronic devices and passive components. Commencing in 2003, we implemented a strategy to expand our business into value-added engineering and turn-key services, focusing on providing existing contract electronic manufacturers (CEMs) and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with original design and manufacturing (ODM) services for their multi-year turn-key projects.
