United Community Bancorp. United Community Bancorp was organized as a federal corporation upon completion of United Community Bank’s reorganization into the mutual holding company form of organization (the “Reorganization”) on March 30, 2006. As a result of the Reorganization, United Community Bank became a wholly owned subsidiary of United Community Bancorp and United Community Bancorp became a majority-owned subsidiary of United Community MHC, a federally chartered mutual holding company. United Community Bancorp’s business activities is the ownership of the outstanding capital stock of United Community Bank and management of the investment of offering proceeds retained from the Reorganization. United Community Bancorp neither owns nor leases any property, but instead, will use the premises, equipment and other property of United Community Bank with the payment of appropriate rental fees, as required by applicable law and regulations.
