Corporation in 1969. The Company designs and manufactures a suite of products
and integrated solutions for municipal, governmental, industrial and airport
customers. Federal Signal’s portfolio of products includes safety and security
systems, fire apparatus, aerial devices, street sweepers, industrial vacuums,
waterblasters, sewer cleaners and consumable industrial tooling. Federal Signal
Corporation and its subsidiaries (referred to collectively as “the Company” or
“Company” herein, unless context otherwise indicates) operates manufacturing
facilities in 38 plants in 14 countries around the world serving customers in
