We operate a group of regional networks comprised of 141 diagnostic imaging facilities located in six states with operations primarily in California, the Mid Atlantic, the Treasure Coast area of Florida, Kansas and the Finger Lakes (Rochester) and Hudson Valley areas of New York, providing diagnostic imaging services including magnetic resonance imaging, or MRI, computed tomography, or CT, positron emission tomography, or PET, nuclear medicine, mammography, ultrasound, diagnostic radiology, or X-ray, and fluoroscopy. The Company's operations comprise a single segment for financial reporting purposes.

At our facilities, we provide all of the equipment as well as all non-medical operational, management, financial and administrative services necessary to provide diagnostic imaging services.
