Packaging Corporation of America (we, us, our, "PCA" or the "Company") is
the sixth largest producer of containerboard and corrugated products in the
United States in terms of production capacity. With 2007 net sales of
$2.3 billion, PCA produced approximately 2.4 million tons of containerboard, of
which about 80% was consumed in PCA's corrugated products manufacturing plants,
12% was sold to domestic customers and 8% was sold to the export market. Our
corrugated products manufacturing plants sold about 31.2 billion square feet
(BSF) of corrugated products.
