These industries comprise a large and diverse market for design, control and test applications. We are based in Austin, Texas and were incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas in May 1976 and were reincorporated in Delaware in June 1994. On March 13, 1995, we completed an initial public offering of shares of our common stock.
