We are, through our wholly owned subsidiaries, a leading specialty retailer
of fine jewelry. At July 31, 2007, we operated 1,471 specialty retail jewelry
stores and 793 kiosks located mainly in shopping malls throughout the United
States of America ("U.S."), Canada and Puerto Rico.
