Overview
Petro Resources Corporation and subsidiaries (“we,” “our” or “the Company”) is
an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in the acquisition, drilling
and production of oil and natural gas properties and prospects in the United
States. We act as a non-operator, which means we do not directly manage
exploration, drilling or development operations. Instead, we pursue interests in
oil and gas properties in joint ownership with oil and gas companies that have
exploration, development and production expertise.
