Data I/O Corporation (“Data I/O”) designs, manufactures, and sells programming systems used by designers and manufacturers of electronic products. Our programming system products are used to program integrated circuits (“ICs” or “devices” or “semiconductors”) so that the ICs will function as desired in the customer’s electronic product. They are an important tool for the electronics industry experiencing growing use of programmable ICs.
