Our retail stores (operating as Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft stores and Jo-Ann stores) and website (www.Joann.com) feature a variety of competitively priced merchandise used in sewing, crafting and home decorating projects, including fabrics, notions, crafts, frames, paper crafting material, artificial floral, home accents, finished seasonal and home décor merchandise. During the second quarter of fiscal 2008, we made a change in the way we reference our store formats. We now classify our stores as large-format and small-format, as opposed to the previous classification of superstore and traditional stores. As we continue to remodel our stores, the distinction between superstores and traditional stores would become less clear.
