Watsco, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Watsco”, which may be referred to as we, us or our) was incorporated in 1956 and is the largest independent distributor of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration equipment and related parts and supplies (“HVAC/R”) in the United States.
