Incorporation and Name Changes
Keegan Resources Inc. (“Keegan or the “Company””) was incorporated as
“Quicksilver Ventures Inc.” on September 23, 1999 under the British Columbia
Company Act. Pursuant to a resolution passed at a meeting of the shareholders of
the Company that was held on August 13, 2004, the Company changed its name from
Quicksilver Ventures Inc. to Keegan Resources Inc.
