Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. (the Company, Holdings, we, us and our) is a holding company whose primary asset is the sole ownership of all issued and outstanding shares of common stock of Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. (Hawaiian). Based on the total number of miles flown by revenue passengers in 2007, Hawaiian was the largest airline headquartered in Hawaii and the sixteenth largest domestic airline in the United States. Hawaiian offers daily service on transpacific routes between Hawaii and Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Portland, and Seattle, as well as daily service among the Hawaiian Islands, and additional service to Australia, American Samoa and Tahiti. In April 2008, Hawaiian plans to initiate nonstop service between Hawaii and Manila in the Philippines.
