(“NYSE”). We are also the parent of LaBranche Structured Holdings, Inc.
(“LSHI”), the holding company for a group of entities that are specialists and
market-makers in options, futures and exchange-traded funds, or “ETFs,” traded

role in providing liquidity and continuity in our portfolio of listed company
