We are a specialty retailer of arts, crafts and floral merchandise for a wide range of customers. Our first store opened in Moorestown, New Jersey in 1985. As of December 31, 2007, we operated 132 stores in the Eastern United States from Maine to Florida. As of March 16, 2008, we operated 136 stores. Our stores typically range from 20,000 to 25,000 square feet. In 2007, for stores open for the full calendar year, our average net sales per square foot was $198 and our average net sales per store was $4.7 million. We also serve customers nationally through our e-commerce site, www.acmoore.com. Our mission is to be the first choice of our customers for product selection, value and service that inspires and fulfills unlimited creative possibilities.
