We are a growth-oriented Delaware limited partnership formed on October 26, 2006 by Targa Resources, Inc. (“Targa”), a leading provider of midstream natural gas and NGL services in the United States, to own, operate, acquire and develop a diversified portfolio of complementary midstream energy assets. We are engaged in the business of gathering, compressing, treating, processing and selling natural gas and fractionating and selling NGLs and NGL products. We currently operate in the Fort Worth Basin/Bend Arch (the “Fort Worth Basin”) in north Texas, the Permian Basin of west Texas and in southwest Louisiana. In connection with our Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) in February 2007, Targa contributed the assets of the North Texas System located in the Fort Worth Basin (the “North Texas System”) to us.
