We are Omega Navigation Enterprises, Inc., a holding company incorporated under
the laws of the Marshall Islands on February 28, 2005. Prior to our initial
public offering we issued 10,000 shares of class A common stock and 3,140,000
shares of Class B common stock to our shareholders. In April 2006 we completed
our initial public offering and issued an additional 12,000,000 Class A common
shares to investors in our initial public offering. The Company’s Class A common
shares are listed on the Nasdaq National Market and on the Singapore Exchange
